Calisthenics GO

Calisthenics at home · No equipment

It was never willpower. It was a plan that didn't fit your day.

Ten minutes between two meetings, in your living room, with nothing to buy. The plan decides what today is, and rebuilds itself when your week changes.

Twelve questions, about three minutes.

5:40 pm How many days did you mean to train and ran out of time?

5:50 pm This plan is simple enough to fit any hour, with no frustration.
  • 01

    You've tried, more than once.

A Monday with real intent, two good weeks, and one impossible week that stopped everything. You didn't fail: a plan that didn't count on your week did.

  • 02

You don't have an hour, or a gym.

You've got ten minutes between two things, a chair and the floor of your living room. That's enough, and this plan is built for exactly that.

  • 03

You're past forty and you haven't moved in years.

That's the exact case it was designed for. It starts where you are today, even if today is standing up from a chair, and it only steps up when you hold it.

A man in his fifties standing in his living room, the chair already pulled out and his phone in hand, reading today's session.

The click

Training stops needing motivation when it stops being a decision.

You tried. On a Monday, and you meant it. You held it two weeks, maybe three. Then came a trip, a flu, an impossible week.

And when you went to come back, the plan was still parked on the day you left it, with everything you hadn't done waiting for you. Coming back was harder than starting over.

The problem was never your discipline. It was having to decide all over again every day.

That's the click: you open the app and it's already decided. Which movement, how many sets, how long. Ten minutes on the days you don't have more, twenty on the days you do. And the day after you miss is, on purpose, the easiest one of all.

How it works

Three steps, and the third is the one that matters

Not a list of exercises in a PDF. A plan that finds out what happened to you and rebuilds itself without being asked.

  1. 1

    You answer twelve questions

Three minutes, about your body, your home and the week you actually have. Not one of them is filler.

From that the engine builds your plan: how many days, how long each session runs and where you start.

The questionnaire on a phone: one question, the exercise photo and the possible answers.
  2. 2

    You train wherever you are

Open the app and today's session is there, with its video. Mark it done and that's it.

You choose nothing: the engine picks the movements, the order and the dose, and steps up when you hold it.

Today's session on a phone: the session name, the sets you have done and the option to do just ten minutes.
  3. 3

You miss, and you come back

This is where almost everything else loses you. You lost three days, you're traveling this week, your shoulder aches.

The plan sees it and gives you a shorter comeback session. No guilt trip, and nobody you have to explain it to.

The emergency session on a phone: the day's short version, which counts the same as the long one.

The two limits we hold ourselves to

The catalog

You see the movement before you do it

Each one with its video, shot to show the only things that matter: where the hands go, how far down you come and what shouldn't move. No music and nobody shouting, because you'll be watching it at six in the morning with your phone propped on a chair. And if you want it, a voice reads you the steps.

  • Sit-to-stand Sit-to-stand
  • Wall push-up Wall push-up
  • Glute bridge Glute bridge

Three from the catalog. Every entry has its video, its warnings and its easier version.

  • 0things to buy before you start
  • 63movements on video, from easiest to hardest
  • 3languages, switch whenever you like

What you get

All of this, twelve months

  • Every movement, on video

The full entry: how it's done, what to watch, and the easier version for when today isn't the day.

  • Your plan, recalculated

Every time your situation changes. You don't rebuild it and you don't ask.

  • The daily email

With the day's session written inside. If you only read the email, you still know what to do.

  • The comeback session

The short version for the day after you missed. This is the key piece.

  • The assistant

Ask for the change in your own words and it's done in one tap: the days, the minutes, the kit. No setting to hunt for.

  • Your history is yours

You take all of it the day you leave. No email requests, no waiting on anyone.

Questions

What people ask before starting

I'm over sixty and I haven't moved in years. Is this for me?

Yes, and it's exactly the case it was designed for. The plan starts where you are: if your squat today is standing up from a chair, that's where your plan starts. Progression moves up when you've held it for two weeks, not when the calendar says so.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. Almost all of them use what you already have: the floor, a chair, a wall and a doorframe. A few use a resistance band (about US$ 12–22) or a pull-up bar (about US$ 28–40), and the plan works without them: when the time comes, we'll tell you.

How much time a day?

Ten minutes on a bad day, twenty on a good one. That's deliberate: a forty-minute plan you keep for three weeks is worth less than a ten-minute one you keep for a year.

What if I get injured or something hurts?

Every entry carries its cautions and its easier version. And if you tell us you have a condition that warrants checking first, we say so and we stop the purchase. We don't diagnose and we don't replace your doctor: that's not what we are, and not what we want to be.

What exactly does the AI do?

It reads your answers and your history, and from that it builds and re-adjusts your plan: which movements, in what order, at what dose. What it doesn't do is invent the progression—that comes from reviewed literature and is written before you arrive.

Does it renew on its own?

Yes, like any subscription: every twelve months. We email you a month before and again seven days before, with the date and the amount. And you cancel it in one click from Settings—no phone call, no reason required. If you cancel, you keep access until the day you already paid for.

Can I use it on my phone?

It's built phone-first: you'll open it standing up, in your living room, with the screen an arm's length away. It works the same on tablet and desktop.

What languages is it in?

Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and English. All three complete—entries, videos and emails—and you switch whenever you like without losing anything.

What if I pay and it's not for me?

You have 14 days to change your mind and we refund the full amount, without you explaining why. Message us on WhatsApp or send an email. That's longer than the law requires anywhere we sell: seven days in Brazil, five business days in Colombia, fourteen in the European Union. We apply the longest one to everybody, because a different deadline depending on where you live is exactly the small print we don't want. And there's a second refund almost nobody offers: if the health screening blocks your access after you've paid—because your situation changed and you took it again—we refund the pro-rata share of the year that's left. That one doesn't expire after 14 days. It's there so telling the truth about your health never costs you money.

What if I want to leave?

You cancel in one click and keep access until the day you already paid for. After that you lose the catalog and the emails, but you download your whole history before you go. What you did is yours. And if you leave within the first 14 days, we refund what you paid; in that case access ends when the money goes back, not at the end of the year, so download your history first.
